I aim to provide a quality service to all of my customers and will do all I can to ensure you are happy with your purchase and with the service I provide. Ordering information.
Your jewellery may be made to order and will usually be sent to you between 7 and 14 days of receiving your order. However, there may be times when obtaining the materials for your items takes longer than expected, please allow up to 21 days for your jewellery to be made and despatched to you. Normal postage times will then apply to the delivery of your items.
If there are any problems in making or despatching your order, I will contact you to let you know when it is likely to be sent or to agree alternative arrangements with you, if an agreeable alternative cannot be found I will arrange a full refund.

Payment options
At the moment PayPal is the only option for paying for your goods on-line on this website, however, I will have further payment options available soon. I also accept cheques or Postal Orders P/O. If paying by cheque or P/O please contact me to arrange your order and to agree payment terms. Your order will be processed as soon as the cheque or P/O is received and funds have cleared.

Any details you send to me will not be used for anything other than to maintain your order and to ensure I can contaact you about your order. I will not send any information to any third party and will ensure I comply with the law as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998
Products
Many of the materials I use are hand made or made of natural material, there may be slight variations in the size, shape or colour. If for any reason I need to substitute any beads from the original picture or description, I will contact you and obtain your agreement prior to sending your item or I will allow you time to review the product and offer a refund if you are not completely satisfied.
If you have ordered a necklace in a larger size, additional costs may apply where extra beads are needed. I will contact you regarding the cost prior to processing your order to agree costs.

Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will replace or refund the cost of the item, as long as it is unused. You will need to return the item in its original packaging and you must make sure that the item is securely packaged before posting.
Please note that because of hygiene regulations I cannot accept the return of earrings, unless they are faulty.
If your reason for returning any item is due to faulty goods, I will also refund the cost of postage and packaging.
